We want your organisers to earn their place on your bench. If they don’t, here is exactly how returns and refunds work at Gridnest.
01Your 30-day return window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Members enjoy a longer window — 60 days on the Maker plan and 90 days on Pro Bench.
02Condition of returns
- ·Items must be unused, complete (all dividers, trays, bins and fixings) and in their original packaging.
- ·Please keep any protective film and inserts in place until you are sure you are keeping the item.
- ·We can’t accept items that have been assembled to a wall or shelf and damaged during removal.
03Faulty or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, tell us within 30 days and we’ll put it right with a free replacement or full refund including original shipping. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
04How to start a return
- ·Email support@pmcelenet.shop with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- ·We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- ·Pack the item securely — reusing the original packaging is ideal.
05Refund timing and shipping costs
- ·Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
- ·For change-of-mind returns you pay the return postage; for faulty or wrong items we cover it.
- ·Original shipping is refunded when the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
06Membership cancellations
Membership is a subscription. You can cancel anytime and keep the benefits until the end of the paid period; we don’t refund part-used periods. See Terms.
