- 01Do I need tools to use these?
- No. Every product is ready to use — place it, stack it or drop the inserts in. Nothing needs wiring, mounting hardware beyond the included fixings, or installation.
- 02What are the organisers made of?
- Recyclable polypropylene and copolymer plastics. They contain no electronics, batteries or moving mechanisms beyond simple lids, slides and dividers.
- 03How much is shipping?
- Standard shipping is a flat $9 in USD, and free over $85. Delivery times are on the Shipping & delivery page.
- 04Can I return something?
- Yes — unused and in original packaging within 30 days (longer for members). See the Returns & refunds page for the steps.
- 05Do you sell to businesses?
- Yes. Use the wholesale enquiry form for volume pricing in USD.
- 06Is my payment secure?
- Payments are handled by Stripe’s secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
