01Where we ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and much of Western Europe. If your country isn’t at checkout, email support@pmcelenet.shop and we’ll see what we can do.
02Costs
- ·Standard shipping is a flat $9 in USD.
- ·Orders over $85 ship free.
- ·Members receive free-shipping thresholds or free shipping depending on their plan.
- ·Any import duties or taxes for international orders are the recipient’s responsibility.
03Dispatch and delivery times
- ·In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- ·UK delivery: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- ·US, Canada, Australia and Europe: typically 5–12 business days after dispatch.
- ·You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
04Tracking, delays and lost parcels
Times are estimates from the courier and can vary with customs or peak periods. If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, or a parcel appears lost, contact support@pmcelenet.shop and we’ll chase it and, if needed, resend or refund.
05Addresses and packaging
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout — we can’t reroute a parcel once it’s with the courier. Products ship as inert plastic goods and require no special handling, batteries or hazardous shipping arrangements.
